1. Order Processing Time

Our goal is to get your lash supplies to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We utilize Premium Direct Air Shipping services to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently. Unlike standard sea freight, our logistics partners fly your packages directly to the destination country for faster local injection.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.

 

4. Latin America Special Handling (For LatAm Customers)

We understand that shipping to Latin America can sometimes be challenging. That is why we partner with specialized logistics providers (such as 360Lion) that offer:

5. Important: Address Changes & Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

No Changes After Dispatch: Once your order has been processed and a tracking number is generated (usually within 24 hours), we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order. This is due to our automated fulfillment system designed to ship orders immediately.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

North America & Europe: In most cases, for small parcels under a certain value, no extra duties are charged.

Latin America & Other Regions: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific policies.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, accidents happen.

Damaged Items: If your lash trays or glues arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
